Quality Management (QM) and Environmental Management (EM) Policy



ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

The environmental mission of “MLL Industries” LLC is to provide high quality services and products, after the evaluation of its customer needs, with minimum damaging impact on environment.

The Company guarantees that constantly will fulfill customer needs and expectations, continuously eliminating and preventing the harmful impacts of the environmental aspects.

In order to achieve the above objectives MLL Industries LLC is fully committed:

  1. To comply with applicable legal and other requirements that relate to its environmental aspects.
  2. To apply and implement throughout the Company an Environmental Management System (EMS) that fully meets all the requirements of ISO 14001:2004.
  3. To provide the appropriate and sufficient resources (human and others) which are required to ensure the continuation of an effective EMS. 
  4. To set objectives and indicators, which shall be continuously monitored, measured and reviewed (during the Management Reviews) and shall be connected with an action plan for their achievement.
  5. To ensure full commitment to achieve the environmental objectives and targets.
  6. To continuously scrutinize critical the waste reduction and resource conservation within our core management processes.
  7. To employ management systems and procedures specifically designed to prevent activities and/or conditions that pose a threat to human health, safety, or the environment.
  8. To provide staff with relevant training to ensure understanding, implementation and development of these principles throughout our business.
  9. To continuously review the Environmental Management Policy and the EMS in predetermined time intervals in order to safeguard the system’s effectiveness and continual improvement.
  10. To continually improve the EMS through the review of employees and customers proposals, quality objectives and system performance.

In addition, the Company encourages and invites:        

  • All personnel of the company to actively and positively contribute in the continuous application and improvements of the EMS in a manner that ensures its effective implementation and promotes the company’s outstanding reputation & prestige:
  • All customers, suppliers and associates of the company to freely indicate their suggestions for the EMS improvement of the company.

Emphasis is placed on the fact that observing this Environmental Management Policy as well as compiling with company’s environmental instructions and procedures is mandatory for all levels of the company i.e. management and staff. The full commitment to the EMS is a matter that shall concern and involve everyone.

The first priority of the Company is to provide high quality services as well as the full, effective and efficient utilization of resources.

The Company guarantees that it will constantly fulfil customer needs and expectations. Business issues will be handled and problem solving will be obtained based on high-end quality services in benefit of its customers and other stakeholders.

In order to achieve the above objective, the Company is fully committed:
